Customer Service Representative- CSR

Essential Knowledge & Skills: 

  • Excellent communication (oral and written) and interpersonal relationship skills.
  • Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel skills) 
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multi-task, and perform duties with a minimum of supervision. 
  • Knowledge of effective customer service techniques/skills and strong customer service experience 
  • Ability to deal with customers, collect information and resolve issues using high levels of patience, tact, and diplomacy 

 Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Interacts with customers by phone and email and receives orders and arrange procurement accordingly.
  • Processes and inputs all customer orders and receipts. Runs stock reports to check for product availability
  • Coordinate with production to generate status report and pending orders on weekly basis
  • Generates all related paperwork and necessary information required for customer work orders, checks all orders for special requests, and update inventory records
  • Coordinate supply chain logistics through Freight brokers: RFQ, Scheduling,Tracing, Confirmation.
  • Traces orders as required and notify customers of any activity concerning their merchandise, including shipping and tracing information
  • Assure proper invoicing of accounts by verifying computer generated invoices
  • Maintains a good working relationship with customers by responding to all inquiries and complaints concerning receipts, invoices, shipments, inventory counts, etc., in a courteous and efficient manner
  • Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
  • Reports customer feedback to management, including any signs of customer dissatisfaction
  • Process Purchase orders update vendor bills validating 3-way verification
  • Other tasks as assigned by manager 
  • Job requires sitting for 8 hours and lifting weight up to 20 lbs.

Pay Rate: $13 to $20 depending upon the experience.
