The Model S-3A is an
inexpensive, hand-operated machine for wrapping packages in
centerfolded film. The operator inserts the product into the
film and on to the sealing table, lowers the sealing arm, and
holds it closed while the seal is being made. The film
dispenser is equipped with a spring-loaded dancer roll to take
up starting inertia. The height of the sealing table is
adjustable so that seals occur at the center line of the
package.
shanklin T-6F tunnel has a conveyor speed of 30 to 60 feet
per minute. the blower motor is 3/4 horsepower single phase.
the heaters are 3 finstrip (encased element) the unit is 220'
30 amp single phase. the model T-6F is equiped with a
precision indicating controler capable of holding tempatures
within 3 degrees. overall demension are 54" long 32"
wide 38" high. the shanklin l-frame sealer is A
S-3A. sealing area is 15" front and 20" side.
package hight is adjustable from 0" to 7". Package
speeds are 15 to 20 packages per minute. the S-3A has a
pmeumatic latching mechanism (timer controlled). Air
regulation unit included. 115 volt, 20 amps, single phase.
